EM expert, Eric Lancaster, Visits New York

"Eric Lancaster is a master", says Vandra Thorburn, President of Vokashi - kitchen waste solution. "when it comes to the history and application of effective microorganisms (EM)."

With over 14 years' experience handling EM·1® and EM·1® Bokashi, Eric Lancaster is the Executive Vice President of TeraGanix and holds a Massachusetts Grade 4 Municipal Wastewater Treatment License. He was formerly the Marketing Director for EMRO USA in Tucson, Arizona, the US manufacturer of EM·1® Microbial Inoculant. (For more information visit www.teraganix.com).

"I am delighted to be able to host Eric's visit to New York," says Vandra Thorburn, who is using the EM·1® Bokashi method as the basis of her service to help households recycle their food waste.

"When I was thinking about a composting service in the spring of 2009, I came across Bokashi New Zealand and they suggested I contact Eric Lancaster. He has been enormously supportive and generous with his knowledge and expertise, reflecting the true spirit of EM."

As Eric explains: "All the microorganisms in EM-1, co-exist, co-prosper, exchange information, are sustainable, safe, efficient, effective and of service to each other. We should do as they do!"

See schedule below for public appearances. For more information or to schedule a meeting with Eric Lancaster, please call 718 623 1911.
