"When
I was thinking about a composting service in the spring of 2009, I came across
Bokashi New Zealand and they suggested I
contact Eric Lancaster. He has been enormously supportive and generous with his
knowledge and expertise, reflecting the true spirit of EM."
As
Eric explains: "All the microorganisms in EM-1, co-exist, co-prosper,
exchange information, are sustainable, safe, efficient, effective and of
service to each other. We should do as they do!"
