Ruth Benn is the co-author of War Tax Resistance: A Guide to Withholding Your Support from the Military, published by War Resisters League (WRL). Rubén González writes songs about people and things and things that happen to people mixing the sounds of his native Argentina with the sounds and stories of the big city inviting audiences to listen, to move, to sing along, and to think. Rubén González was invited by notorious trailblazer composer Phillip Glass to perform in his 75th birthday celebration at the Tune-In Music Festival due to its “musical ingenuity” and as “an example of new directions in music.”
