We love Vokashi! It's amazingly simple: you put all of your food waste in a bucket, add some sawdust, and they come and pick it up each month. We very much appreciate how Vokashi allows us to compost everything - there are very few things that cannot be put in a Vokashi bucket. Overall, we have been very satisfied.
