AGREEMENT: Using this website, becoming a subscriber, making a reservation or booking service for an event binds you to everything on this page. READ CAREFULLY.

Basic Policies

1. Bucket Contents: We supply all subscribers with instructions and guidance on what to put in their Vokashi bucks and what not to. Please follow the How to Use Vokashi guidelines and ask us any questions if you have any concerns about what should go in your compost food waste stream.

Failure to Comply:

We reserve the right to refuse service and collection to anyone not adhering to the above rules or our requests. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel any subscription or booking and/or terminate service for any subscriber or client already booked, if in our sole opinion, we feel they have violated these terms or refused any safety, security, privacy, or information request and we reserve the right to do so without any refund.
